It's EASY Eating Vegan When Eating Out!

I always get questions on how to be vegan while eating out without being THAT person!! So I wrote this article to show you how easy it really is!!

If you are a native of Colorado, you have probably been to Casa Bonita. If not, you need to go.
Casa Bonita is the world's largest Mexican restaurant. It's been around since the early 70s and is located near Wadsworth on Colfax west of Denver.

If you have seen the Casa Bonita episode of South Park, that is pretty much 100% accurate. Complete with cliff divers, live stage shows, mariachi band, arcade, caves, underground mines, and of course unlimited sopapillas, Casa Bonita is loved by children, but feared by adults as apparently the food is horrible.

ANY QUESTIONS???

Workout of the Week...
CORE!!

Each week I will feature a swim, bike, run, strength, core, or flexibility workout.

PiYo Core Workout
Here is a workout for you to do this week. If you like it, there is plenty more in the PiYo program I am starting in January!!

Last month I started loosely training for my 2016 triathlon season. January 1st, I start my real training.

I have no problem as a triathlete getting in enough cardio, but I rarely (if ever) get in my strength training, core work, stretching, and mobility work. I know all these components are important and will make me a better athlete which is why I am going to start the PiYo program in January.

This is a great program for pretty much anyone! The workouts are all between 20-40 mins a day, no equipment required, no impact moves so it's gentle on joints, and all the moves are easy to follow. Seriously...I am so uncoordinated...if I can do it, you can do it!

I am starting a group to help me stay motivated to do  the workouts on a daily basis and would love to have you join me!

If you already have the program, click here to join the group...

Make Next Year Your Best Year

Do you set goals? Do you break them down into "bite sized" pieces so they are easily digestible? Most people don't do either and I think that is the reason most people don't have what they want in their life.

I have been working with people on setting health, fitness, personal, and business goals for over 20 years. The reason I think most people don't keep their new year resolutions (goals) is not because they don't want to accomplish them, but because they don't have a plan.

I have been setting and completing the majority of my goals each year for pretty much my entire adult life. I want to show you what I do so you can do it too and have a better chance for making all your dream and goals a reality next year.
