The storms across North Texas are finally subsiding and it looks like bright sunshine is just around the corner. The stormy weather reminds me of the storms each of you face in your organizations from time to time. 

 

In the spring issue of Our Community Magazine, I wrote about accountability. I challenge each of you to live a more intentional life by incorporating accountability. You never know when the next storm will occur. What are you doing to ensure you are prepared for the next "weather event" in your business?
