We are deeply saddened to share the news that Dr. Allen Weinstein, former US Archivist and DC Arts
and Humanities Education Collaborative board and emeritus member, passed away last week.
Dr. Weinstein was on the DC Collaborative board for several years. He was an incredible person--equally sensitive to politics and art--with a breathtaking intellect and great sense of humor. He shared all of the DC Collaborative's values such as equity, humanitarianism and collaboration.
