The Hotter 'N Hell Hundred in Wichita Falls has been a tradition for Texas cyclists for more than 30 years. I attended my first HHH in 1987 and have been there every year since. I learned during my first year how challenging the ride can be and how many people attend the ride without proper preparation. As a result, I have been helping riders prepare for and participate in the HHH ever since.

This Wednesday, 4/22, we will provide a clinic at our Training Center in Plano that will help you prepare for and participate in this challenging century ride. The cost of the clinic includes a copy of our "Train Smart" program that we developed for the HHH.

This Thursday, 4/23, we have been invited by the Wichita Falls Bicycle Club to present our "Train Smart" clinic at their clubhouse in Wichita Falls.
