The introduction of a new currency is not undertaken lightly. The motivation could be hyperinflation, exchange rate collapse, massive counterfeiting of the existing currency, or even war.
Or it could be an intentional change-for example joining a monetary union, such as the European Monetary Union.
Changing a national currency is a highly political decision. Sometimes the existing currency does not meet the economy's needs.

Every few centuries or so, an amazing new technology comes along that fundamentally changes human civilization.
There are so many other examples throughout history. The Agricultural Revolution. The Industrial Revolution. The invention of the printing press.
The printing press was a particularly interesting parallel for what's happening today.
Before the printing press, people were living in the dark. Their information was heavily controlled, and they were forced to rely on the 'authorities' for personal, financial, educational, and spiritual guidance.

VietNamNet Bridge - According to the Asian Development Bank's report on Asia's development prospects in 2015, Vietnam's GDP growth will reach 6.1% this year and will be 6.2% in 2016, the second highest growth rate in Asia after India.
Vietnam is considered a country with the brightest future among the VISTA economies India, South Africa, Turkey and Argentina.
Although Vietnam's annual growth rate in 1998-2008 was 7.5%, it was still in crisis due to inflation, slowing growth and labor competition.

Moody's Urges Vietnam To Continue Bank Mergers
VietNamNet Bridge - Moody's in a recent report said that enhancing merger of banks is a positive move to help eliminate small banks, including weak ones.
The majority of banks that need merger are small ones that lack capital. Reducing the number of banks will also help minimize spreading the risk to the banking system.

Parliamentary Finance: taxation to raise the dollar's exchange rate against the dinar
Take notice Family that this Finance Committee member has now come forward with probably 4-5 reasons why the USD continues to rise against the IQD.....it is called supply and demand....
There is less available on the street these days so the price has to go up if the demand is there.....but he continues to point to all sorts of things....today claiming it is the taxation process that the government is implementing that is the cause.....
He does say it will now stabilize and not go any higher....wonder what he basis that on.....you have to wonder who to trust at times.

That's a lot of STUFF happening! BUT, ultimately it's in our favor, as OZ, USA INC is plowed under across the Globe, and Israel's Facists are marginalized ...
Now if it's possible to speed things up, that would be NICE!!!

I HAVE BEEN ADVISED BY THE FAMILY THAT THE FORMAL RELEASES OF THE MAJOR FUNDS TO THE WORLD BEGINS NEXT WEEK.
THE FUNDS FOR THE HISTORIC ASSET REDEMPTIONS ARE ALSO GOING TO BE RELEASED FOR USAGE NEXT WEEK, AND MANY ESCROWED FUNDS ARE JUST ITCHIN TO GET OUT.
THE TTM'S (TABLE TOP MEETINGS) SCHEDULED FOR NEXT WEEK ARE A CLEAR INDICATION OF THIS, BESIDES BANKERS NOT BEING ABLE TO KEEP THEIR MOUTHS SHUT. EVERYBODY IS EXCITED
