I've recently observed a curious facet of human nature, we tend not to appreciate what's in our own back yard.
We make a special effort to see entertainers, teachers, politicians, etc. who travel in from other areas and we frequently miss out on the wonderful people who live, perform, and work within our own city or neighborhood.
Why is that? Our local talent has spent just as many years honing their skills. They may even be nationally or internationally recognized and still neighbors in their home territory don't support their efforts the way an out -of-towner is supported.
I've experienced this myself, and I know others who tell me the same thing. When I travel outside my usual service area to do a seminar or event I draw more of a crowd than I often do in my own school.
I'm not complaining. But, please keep your local talent in mind and extend them the courtesy of attending their events when they are offered.

Walk-Ins are most welcome too.
Since our 3rd LIH Gathering many people who regularly attend these gathering are noticing their meditation/attunement is getting deeper, as there is an accumulated effect when attendance is consistent. Some have already noticed the effects are lasting over 1 week just after 4 or 5 Attunements.
Living In Harmony Elders gather together at events to re-create Harmony amongst diversity regardless of our beliefs or paths. "Birds flying in formation can fly up to 70% farther than a bird flying alone using the same amount of energy." (scientific fact). Same with us, when we get aligned with others who are headed in the same direction. Those who regularly attend will be amazed at how much easier life is, how much more quickly we reach our goals, how much further we go, and how much more fun it is when we share the journey. (Note: Oneness is not sameness). We can fill stadiums in harmony. With 70,000 this harmony will continuously radiate world wide to each person with month to month Attunements . It is only our ego's which separate us. Please Let us gather together in Harmony. Lets Stop the Insanity, Now!

We will e-mail everyone the afternoon of 5/16 with location

Everyone will receive a variety of Attunments and Meditations in many different dimensions including:
- Energetic
- Intent
- Sound Vibration
Each clear day we will dive into some dimensions of Spirituality through questions and answers that will clarify many facets of spirituality. This course will also shed some light on the intricacies of facilitation by the Elders of LIH.

You are encouraged to take notes in this course
Those who have taken Dr. G.'s Effortless Meditation course or have attended the Elders Attunements or any one else's Attunements are also encouraged to take this course.

Our 30-Minute Self-Defense class are back in June.
This time we're offering an 8-Week program of basic self-defense in our popular 30-minute format.
This program is great for young men and woman heading off to college in the fall.
