Join us for the annual Veterans Day Ceremony on Wednesday, November 11. The ceremony begins at 11am with the passing of the American flag up the President's Lawn Steps (behind Ballou Hall) by current ROTC cadets and midshipmen, then presented to a Tufts alumnus/ae in appreciation of his/her commitment to the military community. 

Immediately following, we will proceed to the Coolidge Room (Ballou Hall) for a speaking program and lunch. We welcome our featured speaker, COL(P) Maria Barrett, J88, US Cyber Command in Fort Meade, Maryland , as well as Dean of the School of Arts & Sciences, James M. Glaser and President Anthony P. Monaco . Following our speakers, a lunch buffet will be served.

Tufts ROTC students from all classes and majors will be attending. All members of the Tufts community are welcome to attend, and veterans are encouraged to wear their uniforms.

In case of rain, the ceremony will be held inside Ballou Hall at 11am.

Memorial Steps Update


 
The renovation of Memorial Steps is moving along nicely!  We are looking forward to seeing the finished project in the next few weeks, but not in time for Veterans Day ceremonies.  While you're on campus for Veterans Day, stop by the Steps to see the progress!
