Learning Forward Virginia hosted Designing Inquiring Minds with Ron Nash and Jenny Sue Flannagan. Participants were engaged and walked away with many strategies, techniques and ideas to support student engagement. Jenny Sue showed us all how to use a raw egg to illustrate science principles!! Ron had us dancing, singing, and engaging in our own learning!
Many thanks go to Apple Federal Credit Union Education Foundation who provided scholarships for 20 new teachers to attend Designing Inquiring Minds. These teachers were from school divisions who are members of the Teachers Induction Network. Thank you AFCUEF!!
