Student Pick Up and Drop Off Locations
In the morning, student drop off will be along Sampson Street where students will be able to enter through the gate and main entrance.
Please drop your child off on the school side of the street so they do not have to cross through traffic.

In the afternoon, car pick up is along Jefferson Street only. Students must exit out the end of the sophomore hallway and meet their vehicle on Jefferson Steet. Students will not be allowed to cross Sampson Street to meet vehicles.
Visitor and Parent Parking
Parking for parents and visitors to our campus is parallel parking on Sampson Street.  The only entrance for visitors and parents is our main entrance on Sampson Street.  In order to meet safety and security needs all other doors will be locked.
Official ADA Time
Energy's official ADA time this year is
10:10 AM.
Please schedule your child's appointments so that he or she is back to school by 10:10 AM or leaves after 10:10 AM. We receive our funding based on attendance at this time. Funding allows us to provide more for your child!
Special Thanks

In the ninth grade Introduction to Engineering Design course, engineering students have been designing and building hydraulic systems that aid patients that suffer from specific genetic disorders.  In their biology class students have become experts on the genetic causes of these diseases and their effects, therefore assisting their ability to design hydraulic mechanisms to assist them.

OTC Presenter Showcase
We are excited to announce that Energy Institute High School students have received a special invitation to participate as presenters at the 2016 Offshore Technology Conference!

This is an open call for all students interested in competing for one of three coveted presentation spots!  Students are encouraged to create teams of up to four students and develop a project and presentation that connects work you've done in the classroom, personal interests, or invention ideas to the Offshore Technology sector.  The requirements are vague to encourage your creativity.  Interested teams will be paired with an industry mentor who can help provide context and support as you prepare.

All teams will present their projects to a team of industry professionals for final judging!  If you are interested please see Mrs. MacGregor or Ms. Moon as soon as possible.  Deadlines and more details to come soon!
Final Exam Schedule
Semester final exams will start Tuesday December 15th and be completed by Friday, December 18th.

Students will have two finals a day except for Friday, they will just have their last one.  The first final will begin at 8:05 and end at 9:40.  The second will begin at 9:50 and end by 11:20.  During final exam week lunch will be served from 11:20 - 12:00. Students will not be allowed to spend their lunch outside and will be encouraged to attend tutorials offered during that time.  Buses will be dismissed by 12:05.  Cohorts will have different schedules regarding which finals will be given each day.  A personalized exam schedule will be sent home through cohort teachers next week.

Friday students will take their last exam and will have lunch until 10:45 when buses will be dismissed.

Remember, final exams are worth 20% of your semester grade so it is important to begin reviewing the semesters material now.  Tutorials are offered daily throughout lunch, please take advantage of the extra time and support teachers are providing.
