Value Stream Mapping is a graphical technique for mapping the current state and the targeted future state of any process. The A3 Report is a tool for getting the problem, analysis, and corrective action plan written clearly and simply on a single sheet of paper. A3s describe the stepwise logic from problems to solutions, making thinking visible, and providing a simple way to coach and develop problem-solving thinking. This one-day event will introduce you to A3s and bring you through classroom and real-world application.
