A Rampage of Appreciation
I Can't Believe It!! by Claire
Daily Practice Tool

Each night, take 5 minutes before you go to bed, close your eyes, go into your heart, and go over your day from the present moment to the beginning of the day. Look for moments when you can feel gratitude for an occurrence or a feeling. There may be something in your day that you took for granted or you missed. This exercise allows you to be in full awareness of the good things that are happening in your life. I would recommend that you do it regularly for one month and then decide if you want to continue.

Most importantly, that acknowledgement is felt, not thought. It is felt with a breath, a sigh, a smile, an opening of the heart. It's a moment of stopping and smelling the roses, so to speak. Read More

This month's guest article is written by Claire, a client of mine who had a life changing experience with gratitude.

If you have a story you would like to share, please email me.

I am a single parent of two children. I have worked very hard and devoted my life to my children. I have two jobs, and I feel tired to the bone. I was hoping that if I could afford to move, I could move to a cheaper place and save $200 a month and put that towards food. Or, I dreamed that if money ever came into my life, I would buy myself some new clothes, and try to find a better job where I could earn more money for myself and my children. Read more
