Josh Greene, President of Eastern Title and Settlement, is pleased to sponsor a Continuing Education Seminar Series with a certified PDI instructor on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 from 10:00am - 3:00pm at the Hilton Washington DC/Hotel & Executive Meeting Center. The series will consist of two courses - Maryland Fair Housing and Maryland Code of Ethics, Flipping and Predatory Lending . These courses will satisfy the 1.5 Fair Housing credit hour requirement and the 3.0 Maryland Code of Ethics, Flipping and Predatory Lending mandatory credit hour requirement for real estate agents in Maryland. Due to continuing education renewal requirements, these courses are necessary to maintain credibility as a real estate agent.   

The courses will be taught by a PDI certified instructor who will educate real estate agents on Federal laws, Maryland laws and local jurisdiction laws.
