On Monday, March 4, 2013 at the County Council legislative session,
HC DrugFree was presented with a Joint Proclamation from the County Executive and the County Council declaring March 2013 as HC DrugFree's Youth Alcohol and Drug Abuse Awareness Month in Howard County.
HC DrugFree continues to serve as the voice of drug and alcohol education and prevention in Howard County.
