Updates to Expedite Ticket Process in Tailwag
We've made updates to the form used when submitting a help request via the link in Tailwag. Much of the information needed by our support team to route and/or process your requests more quickly is now automated when submitted via the form in Tailwag. You can learn more about this here.
Updates to Redtail's Status Site
We've also updated our Status Site to provide you more information about system metrics and to provide you with multiple ways to sign up for updates when an incident is reported. You can learn more about this here.
Addition of Contact and Note Permissions Reports
Database owners and admin users will now have access to a Contact Permissions Report and a Note Permissions Report, where they can view, filter and export permissions established within your database. Read more about the Contact Permissions Report and the Note Permissions Report.
