A Message from Religious School Principal, Lois Tompkins

We are very happy to welcome a few new staff members:
Miss Chelsea Watts is my new assistant in the office, replacing Ivy (who has moved to another department at the JJC).  Please come by and meet her!
Ms. Diana Millman (Morah Chanah) is our new Kindergarten teacher, and Hebrew assistant in grade 3.
Ms. Robin Shainess (Morah Rivkah) is an art teacher who will assist in our 2nd through 5th grade "Judiasm Through the Arts" program, and 5th grade Hebrew.

I am so happy to have these new and enthusiastic members of our staff.  We have also added several new students to our school.  Please help me to make all of our new members feel welcome!

This Sunday , we will be enjoying a concert at 11:00 from Tizmoret , an Acapella group from Queen's College in New York (see more information below).   Prior to the concert, members of the group will visit our classrooms and teach some Jewish Acapella methods to our students.

For Parents: At 9:15 on Sunday, PTA will hold a meeting in the Youth Lounge. Drop off your students and join us for the meeting; afterwards, stay for the concert!

Shabbat Shalom,
Lois
