The Legal Department at Wilcon is seeking a full time Legal Intern for Summer 2015. The Legal Intern will work with the General Counsel on various matters. This internship will provide candidates with the opportunity to gain legal research and writing skills, as well as exposure to the telecommunications industry. The successful candidate will work a total of forty (40) hours per week for ten (10) weeks.

Wilcon's Legal Department is responsible for the company's regulatory and contractual relations and serves as its corporate counsel. The Legal Department's work involves a number of practice areas, including: corporate governance, business transactions,
real estate, contracts, telecommunications and employment.
