Monday, April 27, 7:00 pm
PTBE Kitchen

Erin Gleeson is the author, photographer and illustrator of The Forest Feast.

She worked as a food photographer in New York before a transfer to the Bay Area where she has been inspired by living in a cabin among the redwoods.  She is inspired by the outdoors around her and creates many healthy vegetarian dishes that are simple to make yet impressive for a party.  When not shooting new food creations and taking care of her new son, Erin teaches photography at the Continuing Education Studies as Stanford.

Come explore and be inspired by Erin's vegetarian delights.
