Notable Victories for Our Clients
___________
|
- Damages exceeding one milllion dollars were awarded in a verdict obtained by James Bucci and Nicholas J. Repici for the Firm client. Following a two week trial, the jury found in favor of the Firm client in claims of fraud, conspiracy and breach of contract in the commercial lawsuit involving the sale of a business.
- Kathleen Barnett Einhorn, Rajiv D. Parikh and Maria R. Fruci avoided a multi-week trial for the Firm client by securing dismissal of a matter with prejudice due to discovery violations and abuses. Familiarity with technical aspects of discovery in electronic format, in-depth understanding of relevant legal requirements and methodical documentation of the plaintiff's failure to comply resulted in the trial team's success.
