Business, Labour & Community: Planning for Prosperity!

Start 2015 off right by attending The Great Canadian Skills Mismatch!

You are invited to attend The Great Canadian Skills Mismatch event, January 8, 2015.

Workforce Planning Hamilton and partner City of Hamilton, Economic Development invite local employers and human resource professionals to attend The Great Canadian Skills Mismatch: People Without Jobs, Jobs Without People and MORE, on January 8, 2015 from 8:00 am. to 10:30 am.

Dr. Rick Miner, keynote speaker, is back by popular demand!

Dr. Miner will be sharing his recent research into future skills shortages including supply-demand, geographical, under-employed (over-skilled) and under-skilled/over-employment mismatches. He'll be offering his recommendations for solutions to achieve a more equal skills match.

Dr. Miner's discussion will be the perfect introduction for the relevance of WPH's survey for employers, the Hire Learning Survey (HLS), taking place from January 2 - 31, 2015.
