END OF YEAR FUND RAISING UPDATE

The Fundraising Committee has been actively seeking donations from a number of sources including our existing members in order to meet our goals for this year and into the future.

We especially want to thank Stuart Stotts for his terrific Fall Fundraising letter that many of you have only just received. You can help us meet our goals before the end of the year by:
  • MakIng a general donation to CMN and/or helping re-build the Pete Seeger Scholarship fund for next year's conference  (http://cmnonline.org/donate.htm)
  • At the same link, becoming a Sustaining member. Simply commit a specific amount to be paid to CMN over a 3 year period. Recently long-time CMN member Nancy Hershatter heard the call and did just that joining 30+ other sustaining members. We welcome any and all.
  • Bringing in one new member
  • Thinking creatively about what you might like to do for CMN.
    • Wiley Rankin is planning a Triathalon
    • Anna Stange will be auctioning off a gorgeous hand-painted guitar.
    • Tim Seston hosted a house concert
    • Nanci Schneidinger donated her commission on the terrific skin care products she offered via the Forum
    • There are some other creative ideas on the CMN website so check them out and add your own!
And stay tuned for our plans for 2016. We've got some new ideas that we're excited about and will share early in the New Year.

We thank you for all you do to ensure the long-term vibrancy of The Children's Music Network.

New York Metro
NY Regional Coordinator, Barbara Girt, put together a very successful event in November-- so good that there are already plans for next year in the works.  Check out the pix, a video, and learn more

And Thanks to Lisa Novemsky who let us know that there's a Pete Seeger sing-along scheduled  the 2nd Friday of every month in Maplewood, NJ.
