IDS & the U.S. Postal Service 
Customer Participation Requested

We are looking for a variety of folks to ask questions, share opinions and feedback to help IDS improve existing mail services with the U.S. Postal Service as well as have them understand our needs and concerns as state agencies.
 
Representatives from both the U.S. Postal Service and IDS will be present to assist in finding resolutions to any of your concerns as an IDS customer. Some discussion topics include USPS substation production table, dead mail, address services, address quality, using PO boxes verses physical address... and anything you bring to the table.

REMINDER: Priority Postal Service Materials Available through IDS  
These items are at no extra cost for agencies and come in various size boxes as well as a flat rate envelope. Costs are based on zip codes and weight. Max weight options for boxes are 15-20 lbs. and run about $6.07 - $8.00. Flat Rate Envelope (15 x 9.5) is $5.75.

Both the IDS wall and desk calendars will be available via the IDS web Storefront this year,  free of charge for a LIMITED TIME.

We are anticipating a delivery ready date   beginning the week of December 21 for the wall calendars only. The desk calendars take a little more production time and will be ready for delivery sometime at the beginning of January 2016 . For the limited time period, please only order one calendar per request.
