South Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) is now hiring psychiatrists to fill a number of positions associated with the opening of the Replacement Medical Center next year. This is a great opportunity to join up with your colleagues at the New Orleans VA to practice state of the art medicine in a resource rich setting, with ready access to specialty care, interdisciplinary treatment teams, and strong academic affiliations, in an invigorating setting that also offers stability and very competitive compensation.

Inpatient, outpatient, consultative and telepsychiatry positions are available. Prior VA experience would be beneficial, but is not  required.
