VN Needs Only Five Big Banks

Viet Nam should have only five major banks that provide financial services and support domestic businesses, as well as effectively compete with foreign banks, which are about to enter the country.
Keith Pogson, managing partner at Asia Pacific Financial Services for Ernst & Young, spoke with the local media about the banking situation in Viet Nam and its development in the future.
You said Viet Nam should have only five major banks. How can they meet the capital demand in the economy?
I highly appreciate the State Bank of Viet Nam (SBV)'s aggressive move to reduce the number of banks from the current 40 to between 15 and 17 in the future.

With so much fear mongering and predetermined analysis surrounding the so-called "demise, or death of the dollar", it can be frustrating for the average person and investor to step back and reflect on the totality of what the multilateral effects will be on the American currency. What is certain amongst the international financial institutions and central banks is the reduction in reserve currency usage of the dollar.
This reduction will have an effect on the international valuation of the USD and the domestic economic performance of the United States, some of which will be positive and will lead to actual job creation growth.

War on cash intensifies
Some JPMorgan Chase customers are receiving letters informing them that the bank will no longer allow cash to be stored in safety deposit boxes.
The content of a post over on the
Collectors Universe message board suggests that we may be about to see a resurgence of the old fashioned method of stuffing bank notes under the mattress.

Mac Question for anyone. Zap and Landa Global has stated it is STILL THE USA holding up the RV with this vetoing power with the IMF. If this is the case why does TNT keep stating the US is on board and Exo states the UST is pushing Iraq to get it done?
Awake-in-3D: > Mac ZAP is a part of Humanas/Landa... my info indicates that the UST is pushing/fighting for release of the funds but the FED/Bad Guys are blocking. Remember, the FED is a private bank and it appears that the UST is still not strong enough to fully break their stranglehold. I am also hearing that the freeze is either close to being broken (or is now broken). :)
