XCMEETCROSS COUNTRY TAKES
4TH IN STATE MEET
The Milton Eagles concluded their 2015 cross country season on the podium with 4th place finishes in both the boys and girls races on Saturday in Carrollton.

As he has done all season, senior Jack Bluth led the boys with a hard fought 7th place finish in the fastest and most competitive race of the rain soaked afternoon.  Sophomore Sam Bowers also earned a spot on the podium finishing right behind Jack in 8th place.  Sophomore Ryan Beitzell took the third spot for Milton finishing 27th overall.  Senior captain Matt McGorrey and sophomore Michael Malkowski concluded the scoring for the Eagles.

In the girls' race, Junior Marie Repasy ran a smart and controlled race throughout to earn All-State honors with her 6th place finish.  Senior captain Riley Burr battled the entire way to grab the 14th spot.  Freshman Taylor Cushman, senior Charlotte Matt, and sophomore Emily Bowers concluded the scoring.

Congratulations to all Milton XC athletes on a remarkable season!
