Growth Wheel

The EEC has partnered with Growth Wheel to provide our program participants with a more robust training and mentoring program. The Growth Wheel program is sponsored by TD Bank Charitable Foundation

Growth Wheel is a tool for decision-making in start-up and growing companies. It helps business advisors and entrepreneurs get focus, set agendas, make decisions, and take action. It gives the business owner a 360 degree perspective on everything about business in one single toolbox. It has 4 main buckets of focus. It will help with creating an attractive business concept, build a strong organization behind it, develop lasting client relations, and do so while maintaining profitable operations. Frank DeSantis, the EEC Program Director and Mentor of the program, is trained in Growth Wheel and is now providing this information to the EEC incubator program. The EEC is so excited to have the Growth Wheel as a part of their programs. Stay tuned for information on 2016 business education programs on the Growth Wheel.

NCC has a proud legacy of being business friendly and it was the county's leading role in the early mills and shipping that would eventually lead to Delaware becoming the "Corporate Capital of the World."
