The extreme weather conditions that we experience in the Midwest can be taxing on buildings. For more than 4 months out of the year severe thunderstorms, heavy rains, and hot and humid temperatures are the norm. At the opposite end of the spectrum we experience high accumulations of snow and severely cold temperatures in the winter. This combination of extreme conditions can reveal a buildings true vulnerability to water intrusion and air leakage. Correcting these vulnerabilities is becoming a priority for maintenance personnel and others responsible for building care. Many are realizing the benefits of infrared technology to provide condition assessments of their facilities. With infrared inspections you can reduce these expenses by identifying what components and/or systems really need to be replaced or repaired.

In addition to our infrared roof moisture scanning, RoofTech Consulting, Inc. is now providing building envelope infrared inspections. We now have a Certified Level I Thermographer on staff that will allow us to thoroughly evaluate the performance of your building and its integrity. Commercial building scans using infrared technology allow us to see what is really going on with a buildings performance and efficiency.
