Hey Everyone!! How was your week??  Stroke & Stride was Thursday night...run only because of the mega storm but I got my fastest run so far this year!! Saturday morning I did a 5K in Cheyenne and won a cowboy branding stick thing...classic...AND my fastest 5K in 2 years!! The rest of the weekend was spent relaxing with my husband and dog Joey. We watched like 6 movies :)

Here are the details on the  SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES I am offering for your biz or cause.

Hope you are doing LOTS of things that you love this week!

Happy Hump Day!

See you next week!!
Kirsten :)

EASY Vegan Meals...

CRAZY OATMEAL/RICE CEREAL/QUINOA

When it's cold outside, sometimes my Shakeology Smoothie doesn't cut it and I like to have something warm in my belly.

Basically I toss whatever I have in the house (nuts, fruits, seeds) into whatever I have that I can make into an "oatmeal" dish (quinoa, rice, oats). I like them all equally, and since I (remember I am lazy) only buy the quick cook version of all these grains anyway, they take like 5 mins to throw together!

So you can toss in whatever you like, but here is my FAVE combo...

Grade B Maple Syrup

Cinnamon

Raisins

Goji Berries

Pistachios

Almonds (OMG the new Salted/Caramel ones are AMAZEBALLS!!!)

Pumpkin Seeds

Sunflower seeds

Mix w either oatmeal, quinoa, or rice cereal and ENJOY!!!!

ANY QUESTIONS???

Workout of the Week...FLEXIBILTY!!

Each week I will feature a swim, bike, run, strength, core, or flexibility workout.

So my very favorite FLEXIBILITY workout is PiYo. It has helped me more than any other program stay flexible (well, at least as flexible as I can get).

Here are details about PiYo...

Here is where you can order the ENTIRE program...

Here is a FULL workout for you to do today!!

Let me know if you love it as much as I do!!

Budget Tips for RV Travel...

I realized today while I was taking a shower that we have never used the little shampoo / conditioner / soap dispenser thingy we bought and mounted to the shower wall. It reminded me of several things we bought for the RV that we have never used in the 2 1/2 years we have been living in it.

This got me thinking about other expenses that we could have avoided along the way, especially starting out.

So I wanted to share a few with you to save you a few bucks.

Whether you are traveling for a weekend, month, or a year, these tips apply to you.
