November 11th Luncheon
It's all about the People - Building a Culture that Produces Awesome Results
computer-work-group.jpg
Never mind smartphones, biotechnology and streaming video. If you wanted to handily beat the stock market over the last decade, you should have bought WD-40 Co. Its stock keeps rising in lockstep with its sales. While the benchmark Standard & Poor's 500 index has gained about 70% in the last 10 years, WD-40's stock is up more than 200%.

How does Garry Ridge, WD40 CEO, lead his team to this kind of success?  Come find out at our luncheon on November 11th at the SDGE Innovation Center.

DATE:  Wednesday, Nov 11, 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
SDG&E Energy Innovation CenterLOCATION:
4760 Clairemont Mesa Blvd, San Diego, CA

"SDYS - Our Charity of Choice" - Donations, Decorating and More

Christmas is coming...and your help is needed now .
  • Can you imagine underwear and socks as a luxury?
  • Can you imagine wondering where your next meal will come from?
  • Can you imagine wishing you had a blanket?
  • How about a jacket or hoodie... everything we take for granted is not available to these teens, even food.
  • They need your help - and my team and I will make it easy for you to help!
IFMA San Diego's Community Service Committee requests your help by bringing donations to the NOVEMBER luncheon. Suggested items (remember these kids have nothing):
  • New socks, personal hygiene items, a blanket, or a Hoodie.
  • Nonperishable food items.
  • $5 gift cards from Starbucks and McDonald's up until Christmas - for a hot meal/drink when it's cold.
  • $20/$25 Target gift cards - placed into the stockings hung on the beds at the shelter.  Cards are used for clothing.
  • For more ideas, check out the SDYS Wish List.
No time to shop - no problem! We'll do it for you...
  • Mail or give me a check, made payable to
San Diego Youth Services - Storefront.
  • Tell us what you want to buy- and it will be purchased and donate in your name.
  • Checks can be mailed to Vicky Cate, Evergreen Interiors, 6160 Fairmount Ave #E, San Diego, Calif. 92120.
