Join your congregational family for Shabbatluck Dinner. These potluck dinners take place throughout the school year on the first Friday of each month before the Erev Shabbat Family Services.
Please bring a dish to share. The following designations are based on the first letter of your last name:

Little ones will enjoy a program full of Shabbat songs, Torah stories, and parachute play. Kiddush, motzi, and a bagel oneg sponsored by Sisterhood will follow.

Jewish Time Travel: An 1800's Saturday Night
Saturday, November 14 at 7:00 PM
Experience Jewish life in the 1800s at History Park with Temple Emanu-El! Enjoy an ice cream parlor, free popcorn, live music, Jewish and Western dancing, films, discussion about Jewish life, old time photos and more.
Hands-on Jewish and general activities in the school house, homes, fire station, bank, fruit barn, and more.
History Park: 1650 Senter Road in San Jose.
$15 adults, $7 kids and teens, ages 3 and under free.

Israel Action Committee Speaker, AIPAC

Adam Harris, AIPAC Pacific Northwest Regional Director will address current developments in the Middle East, both in Israel and beyond. He will also address how we can combat anti-Semitism in our community, particularly when it takes the form of anti-Israel statements and action.

Sisterhood Holiday Fair

Join Sisterhood for all your holiday shopping needs! There will be kids crafts, cookie decorating, a bake sale, and a jump house for the kids. Entrance to the Fair is FREE.
Lunch is provided by Temple Emanu-El Senior Youth Group with all proceeds benefiting EESY.
Participation in the kid's activities is $5 at the door or FREE with $10 boutique purchase.

Latkes & Laughs

Tickets are now available for Latkes & Laughs. Enjoy punchlines from amazing comedians and potato pancakes after we light the Menorah for the first night of Chanukah!

NEW THIS YEAR: We will be offering child care for kids ages 2-12 during Latkes & Laughs. Light the menorah as a family before the show starts, then enjoy the comedy show kid-free! Dinner will not be provided for child care, but latkes will be available for sale. 25/child and $20/additional child.
Sign ups for child care close November 30. Space is limited.
