Mentoring Matters  

What are your career and work goals for this year?

Are you thinking about a career transition? Are you new to a role looking for guidance? Do aspire to a different position or area within the college?

A mentor helps you establish your goals, and then meets with you regularly to provide support, advice, and suggestions for moving closer to those goals. Mentors are selected uniquely for each mentee, and will bring specific experience to the partnership.
