Making Parkside more accessible to you!
In our ongoing effort to make appointments at Parkside even more convenient for you... and your schedule, our great "schedule Jedi's" have started a cancellation list.
What does this mean for you?
This means, beginning April 1 (no kidding!) if you have an appointment that is farther out than you would like, please ask to be placed on our cancellation list. If an earlier appointment becomes available, we will call you to see if it will work with your schedule. It's as easy as that and you don't have to worry about a thing! We will put you on the cancellation list and keep a close eye out for an appointment just for you!
What do we need you to do?
In order to make this happen, we need your help! If you cannot make an appointment please give us 24 hours (or more!) notice. By doing so, it allows us to offer that appointment to someone on the cancellation list. In addition, your appointment will be cancelled rather than being considered a "No Show." (Please remember there is a fee if an appointment is considered a "No Show".) If you can't make it, simply call our office during normal business hours and let us know. If we don't hear from you and don't see you for a scheduled appointment, it makes us a little worried! By notifying us, it allows more appointments to be available and more options for you when you need them.
