As we start to close out the month of March and enter April, don't forget to take a moment to stop, breathe and take in the beauty of everything that surrounds and is within you. Keep up the hard work and dedication... you are all doing amazing with your training, wherever you are in this moment, it is perfectly perfect.

YOGA HIKE!
Get your hiking gear and yoga mat ready as we hike
Grey Rock on Sunday April 26th (click here for details).
Meet at the yoga studio at 8am for carpooling or at the Grey Rock Trailhead at 9am to begin the hike. Come join us for this amazing experience out in nature!

We are looking for 1 - 3 HYS Yoga School Community members who are familiar with the Grey Rock trail to help guide the bouldering portion and meditation/yoga at the top of Grey Rock! If you're interested in getting involved, please contact us. This is a wonderful SEVA opportunity!

serve as guides for the excursion

Summer Solstice Yoga Festival in City Park & teach free classes at the
Solarium's Grand Opening.

WE DID IT!
We did it, Colorado! Senate Bill 186 passed by a vote of 63-1! Thank you to everyone who sent letters, attended meetings, shared their stories and did their part to #ProtectColoradoYoga! We are so proud of the yoga community and its dedication to protecting the integrity and diversity of yoga.
