This year's Creative Age Festival has a stellar lineup of performances and interactive workshops that celebrate the power of the arts to transform older adults.
The Arts Extravaganza on June 5 features Grove City Barbershop Harmony Chorus, storyteller Melle Huizinga, the GeriActors & Friends, and more. Enjoy a reception after the evening performance.
At the Arts Caf? on June 6 you'll be treated to diverse musical performances including the Choralaires, NESA Handbell group, and African Drumming Group, as well as a skit by the Rural Route Actor's Troupe and poetry and stories.
You can also explore new avenues of artistic expression by participating in the workshops offered June 4-6. Choose from pottery, memoir writing, drumming, musical improv, painting, performance storytelling, acting Shakespeare, handbells, and dance and physical storytelling.
