Dear Delta Dental of Virginia Broker,  

 

As you are aware, we will be transitioning all pool-rated groups to our new online billing and eligibility system over the next few months. As we begin the transition, group administrators will be receiving information in the mail to help guide them through the process. The following letters will be going out to group administrators this week.

 

Pool-Rated Groups ONLY

All existing pool-rated groups will receive this letter giving them information regarding the upcoming move to online billing and eligibility management. The letter includes information on where to find helpful resources on the website, changes to the billing cycle, and when they can expect follow-up information on their group's transition to the new system.

 

Experience-Rated Groups ONLY

All experience-rated group administrators who are not affected by the move to online billing will receive this letter regarding changes to the billing cycle and to the website as a result of online billing.
