HC DrugFree's Executive Director Joan Webb Scornaienchi is surrounded by 24 members of the Teen Advisory Council (TAC). HC DrugFree urges all parents and adults to support these 24 teens working to empower youth and all of our children by joining Congressman Elijah Cummings, Delegate Elizabeth Bobo, Police Chief William McMahon, Circuit Court Judge William V. Tucker, HC DrugFree Executive Director Joan Webb Scornaienchi and many others as they discuss adults providing alcohol and other drugs to youth in Howard County, how to keep our youth safe, how to empower your children and yourself, and more. The owner of a drug testing lab will be available to speak 1-on-1 with parents before the event. Do you know what a secured medicine box is or why you should have one in your home? Attendees will have the opportunity to win one of several free secured medicine boxes.
