Hillsborough, NJ ... July 7, 2015 ... FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE ... Central Jersey wine lovers, rejoice! Gary Fisch has opened his new, full-service Marketplace just doors away from the temporary "pop-up" site in operation since late December. This Gary's Wine & Marketplace -- the company's fourth -- opened June 25th and is located next to Shop-Rite on Route 206.
What can guests expect? The region's finest selection of wine, beer, spirits and gourmet meats and cheeses, presented in a fresh European-marketplace setting by the chain's knowledgeable, service-focused Wine Team:
- thousands of wines, from nationally advertised brands to extremely limited cellar selections
- 2,200-bottle glass-enclosed and temperature-controlled fine wine room w/the finest vintages; many hard-to-get large format bottles (magnums, 3 liters and 6 liters)
- 250+ imported and domestic beers, from premium German pilsners and Belgian ales to all-American lagers and the season's hottest craft beers
- 400+ whiskeys, including exclusive small-batch bourbons and single malt scotches

Says CEO and Founder Gary Fisch of his latest venture: "When I worked at Fedway, I spent a lot of time driving between Princeton and Somerville. I always enjoyed interacting with the businesses and communities along the 206 corridor in Hillsborough. It's very exciting to finally open a Gary's in this area."
