2. We will review your exercise history and current goals to create a weekly schedule including 2 one-hour personal training sessions, and additional cardio classes.
3. I will provide you with personalized eating plan that includes an appropriate caloric intake of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins to help you meet your individual fitness and nutritional goals. You will be added to the My Net Diary community where you will have unlimited access to additional dietary support and feedback.
