2015 Environmental Law Conference at Yosemite?

 

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE ONLINE

 

The Environmental Law Conference at Yosemite? is nationally recognized as the largest and most prestigious gathering in California of leaders in environmental, land use, and natural resources law. 

 

Following a long tradition of outstanding conferences, this year's event will feature an exciting line-up of speakers including California Environmental Protection Agency Secretary Matthew Rodriquez, City of Fresno Mayor Ashley Swearengin, Professor Manuel Pastor, Professor Jody Freeman, Professor Richard Lazarus, American Photographer James Balog, and many others.  The 2015 Registration Brochure and Schedule of Events will be posted on the website in late July.  Hotel reservations will be accepted at that time. 

 

Applications for Scholarships are now available.  The Environmental Law Section will offer at least 25 tuition-only scholarships AND five (5) Michael H. Remy full scholarships (tuition, travel, room & board) courtesy of Remy Moose Manley, LLP.   

 

Students, practitioners and other environmental law professionals are invited to apply.  Scholarships will be awarded based on financial need, environmental law interest (for students), environmental law practice (for practitioners and other environmental law professionals) and Environmental Law Section membership and support.  The deadline to file an application is July 16, 2015.  Successful applicants will be notified in late August.
