1:00 - 1:30:  Registration - Free parking is available in the jury lot at Washington Blvd and 5th Street.  Please allow time for security clearance at the Courthouse entrance (Nebraska Street (south) Entrance). Cell phones and other electronic devices are allowed in the building only if you have a current District of Kansas bar registration card and a photo ID.

Act 1 - Keynote speaker:  Michael Hoeflich, University of Kansas Distinguished Professor of Law. "Legal Ethics Then & Now: Practicing Lawyer Ethics in the First Century of the American Bar and Today."

Act 2 - "Legal Ethics in Movies." Marty Snyder, Assistant Attorney General (Kansas)

Act 3 - Panel Presentation: Professor Hoeflich moderates a panel of judges on practical day-to-day ethical issues facing litigators.

4:30-5:30: Reception - Please join our presenters and panelists for complimentary wine, beverages, and hors d'oeuvres in the Courthouse immediately following the seminar.
