You might have noticed that your balance and transaction history are currently unavailable on your My Card page. This is due to a technical issue between our system and Nxpay's. We are working hard on getting this resolved. In the meantime please log into Nxpay.com to check your current balance and transaction history.

If you do not remember your login credentials for Nxpay please go here to reset your password. If you never activated the Nxpay account please email us and we will resend the activation email to you.

These functions are also affected:

Auto-billing: If you are subscribed to this service please note that this is currently NOT working and you will have to log into US Unlocked to perform your card load payments.

Low balance notification: If you normally rely on these email notifications to prompt you to replenish the balance on your card, you will NOT receive these notifications until resolved. Therefore please check your balance in Nxpay and make sure to make timely card load payments.

I apologize for any inconvenience. We hope to be able to restore balance retrieval and transaction history as soon as possible.

Please note that Nxpay will be performing a system maintenance on Sunday April 5th for 60 minutes from 1PM PST during which time the website will be unavaliable.
