Dear MHSW Steward:

Stewardship Ontario is in the process of calculating the Annual True Up (ATU) for MHSW materials.  We wanted you to know that Stewardship Ontario will be issuing debit or credit notes within the next few days based on the ATU calculation for each material category on which you report. 

If you have any questions about how the ATU is calculated, or why it is a necessary part of the MHSW annual billing cycle, please refer to the information deck we have posted here.
