"As a body worker I'm well aware that others benefit from my work as long as I can shift my attention towards myself: being aware of my habitual neuromuscular patterns and rigidity, redirecting improved and enhanced movement for comfort and alignment, and attending to personal care for efficiency. Nutrition of course, is an influence on my energy balance, stamina, mental clarity and mood. I practice a simple sequence of yoga and somatic moves 5-10 minutes daily for flexibility, and make use of the foam roller and therapy ball for extended comfort. And lastly but not least for sure, I love to be the receiver of massages. Giving back to myself routinely, helps me to give back to others. "
