The Princeton Farmers' Market is pleased to announce the opening of its 2014-2015 Winter Market, beginning Thursday, December 18th. The Winter Market will be a continuation of the farmers' market, and will feature 15 vendors offering a variety of goods, including: Local, organic fruits and vegetables, free-range beef, poultry, pork eggs, cheese, pickles, honey, baked goods with gluten-free and vegan options, granola, truffles, soap, candles, linens, hot chocolate and ciders, and more. The Winter Market will be held indoors in the Community Room of the Princeton Public Library, once a month from December to April, from 11am to 4pm.
