Atom Bergstrom, born Gosta Ingvar Bergstrom, Jr, is credited as the founder of Sun Sync and the leading expert on a Sun-Centric lifestyle.
Atom's journey towards health, nutrition, longevity, and meditation goes back to 1955, when he first started reading books by D.C. Jarvis, J.I. Rodale, Carlton Fredericks, Adelle Davis, Aldous Huxley, Paramahansa Yogananda, Swami Prabhavananda, and numerous others. His most significant teacher was Swami Adano Ley with whom he spent 14 years. During this time, he studied a variety of sciences extensively, including the sun centric lifestyle, and ultimately graduated from Adano Ley's Texas Institute of Reflex Sciences. The knowledge and wisdom he gained studying under a highly evolved swami combined with his emphasis on scientific research & personal experience would soon become the heartbeat of Sun Sync Nutrition.

From Lily's website: I am strongly opposed to Common Core. I cannot sugar coat it. In my eyes, Common Core reminds me of the Communist Core I went through in China. When I was growing up under Mao's regime during the Cultural Revolution, starting with first grade, we were told to chant every day in the government run public schools; "Long Live Chairman Mao, Long Live the Communist Party." We were required to write in our dairies every day and turn them in for our teachers to review. In the dairies we were supposed to confess our incorrect thoughts to Mao or do self-criticism, or report anything bad we heard or saw about other students, family, and friends. We would memorize Mao's Quotations and recite them aloud during class. For school fun activities, we would dress up as Chinese minority people in their costumes to sing and dance, thanking Mao and the Communist Party for saving them from poverty, or we dressed up like soldiers to fight for the new China. Mao was like a god to me. I would see him rising from the stove fire or talking to me from the clouds. We all truly believed in Mao and Communism because we were completely indoctrinated and did not have any other information. We had nationalized curricula, one of the subjects we were required to study was Politics (Communist Party history, Karl Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought, etc.). Our teachers had to comply with all the curriculum and testing requirements, or lose their jobs forever. Parents had no choice at all when it came to what we learned in school.

Dr. Harvey Bigelsen As a tireless advocate for homeopathy and biological medicine, Dr. Harvey Bigelsen has courted controversy and endured legal persecution, while helping to change the public perception of healthcare. A true pioneer, Bigelsen co-authored the Arizona Homeopathic Medical Practice Act, and was appointed by then Governor Babbitt to establish a board, and while acting as president, to set the standards for holistic medicine. The law gives homeopathy equal legal status with allopathic and osteopathic medicine. For the first time holistic physicians attained true medical freedom within a peer reviewed board. To assure homeopathic physicians are well-trained, Harvey Bigelsen's law requires that they must have an active, United States license as a medical doctor or an osteopathic physician. Undeterred by the harassment, Harvey Bigelsen continues to promote his pioneering beliefs in non-traditional healthcare, and currently consults in Nevada City, California. In 1986, the Hans Nieper Foundation awarded Harvey Bigelsen the Person of the Year, recognizing his work as the most influential for the advancement of natural medicine in the U.S. Harvey Bigelsen has appeared as a guest on numerous health-focused radio programs and is the author of four books. He continues to lead the forefront of a much needed medical revolution, focusing his work on terrain-based philosophy and European biological medicine as he works primarily with people suffering from chronic disease, and those interested in anti-aging and regeneration. At the core of his medical philosophy is the conviction that germs do not cause disease. Counter to conventional medicine and Big Pharma, which promote treatments that merely attack and kill germs, Harvey Bigelsen believes that germs are not harmful, and actually live in a symbiotic relationship with the entire body.
