The award represents the recognition of extraordinary achievement by a woman in the greater Springfield community whose efforts exemplify the leadership, community involvement and professional goals of the Professional Women's Chamber.
Carol Fusia Campbell is the President/CEO and founder of Chicopee Industrial Contractors, Inc., commonly referred to as CIC. An industrial contracting company established in 1992, specializing in providing the highest quality of service in plant relocations, machinery installations/riggers, millwrights and industrial construction. CIC has relocated machinery and plants locally, in the Northeast, nationally and internationally. Carol takes great pride in her company and the team she has created but her true pride and joy are her two granddaughters, Julia 8 and Bella 3.
