Stuff Etc. supports Iowa City Jazz Fest!
This month, Summer of the Arts is taking the opportunity to show our gratitude to Stuff Etc. for their generous support of the Iowa City Jazz Festival. Throughout the month of February, shoppers at the Iowa City and Coralville Stuff, Etc. locations had the opportunity to donate to the Iowa City Jazz Festival and support Summer of the Arts. 

Our Development Director, Emily McMahon, had the honor of receiving a check from  Sara Sundblad, Director of Operations of Stuff Etc.  

Thanks to everyone who donated and helped to raise $1,000 toward the 25th year of the Iowa City Jazz Festival!
Fun Ways to Support the Arts!
Planet X FUNdraiser  
Sunday, April 19, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Support Summer of the Arts while having FUN at Planet X in Cedar Rapids!!! Admission on April 19th from 5 - 8 pm is only $10/person. Play and receive unlimited:

  • Mini Golf
  • Rock Climbing
  • Playground
  • Space Ball
  • Jump Shot
  • Bumper Cars
Also enjoy FREE Face Painting, Caricature Artist, Balloon Animals, Photos, and a round of Laser Tag! It's fun for the whole family!

 

For each ticket sold, Planet X will donate $5 to Summer of the Arts! If you aren't able to attend, you can still purchase tickets which will be donated to the Johnson County and Linn County Big Brothers Big Sisters program.
