What's New with Contract Insight Enterprise?

 

CobbleStone is constantly improving our products and services. Our latest edition of Contract Insight Enterprise Edition offers a "Legal Hold" feature. Authorized user(s) can initiate a "Legal Hold", which will lock editing and deleting of a contract record while the "Legal Hold" is enabled. This feature is helpful for legal discovery and legal records management purposes. CobbleStone has also enhanced sub-table management, allowing users to quickly copy or make a duplicate of an entry in one of these sub tables. This will provide users a method of quickly copying line items and gives them the opportunity to make changes to the copied information before submitting it to the record. At CobbleStone, it is our goal to make your lives easier and to streamline your contract management process. Tip: Want to quickly view documents prior to downloading on a search screen?  
Use Contract Insight's file 'Preview' to quickly view documents online without downloading.


 

Tip: Do you need to quickly access all contracts with a particular Vendor/Client?

Contract Insight's 'Company Record' will display all contracts associated with one organization at the bottom of the page.  

 



Tip:  Looking for a better way to manage recurring tasks?  
When adding tasks and/or workflow tasks, look for the area called "Repeat/Recur." This allows you to generate these tasks to recur  weekly, quarterly, monthly, or yearly.
