Well here we are end of Sept and no RV yet. Sure glad my focus is on the giver and he graciously has given us the direction to walk in to be in the secret place going from blessing to blessing.

Backdoc: AS I'VE STATED MANY TIMES THERE WILL BE A FEW THAT WILL GO AROUND THE SAME TIME IN MY OPINION! THINK ABOUT IT FOR A MOMENT.
IF YOU JUST MADE MILLIONS OR MORE ON ONE OF THESE CURRENCIES LIKE THE DINAR AND THE OTHERS HAVEN'T CHANGED YET MANY WOULD BUY MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF THEM CAUSING A DISTORTION ON NOTE COUNTS.
THAT COULD DO SEVERE DAMAGE TO A COUNTRY.
THIS IS THE REASON I BELIEVE WE WILL SEE SOME MINIMAL START WITH THE RIAL AT THE SAME TIME THE DINAR RETURNS! DOC

I am saying this because they have less than two weeks to accomplish the remaining laws and these laws have been under dispute now for months.
They have two weeks to push ISIS out of Mosul and Anabar regions and in general contain them. Can they complete these issues and implement them on time?
Personally with their track record I am inclined to say no, but lately they seem to be working miracles so who really knows.
So we watch and wait.
We read the news, we listen to contacts and we try to understand. We use our common sense to make sense of it all and then bring it to you. I hope you all appreciate it.

What is really happening in Iraq and why did the country deteriorate so much over the Maliki administrations (during his 8 years)? How does this impact our current situation to get an RV sooner than later?

It's a big holiday today in Chile, what they call Fiestas Patrias.
It's sort of like their 4th of July or Canada Day. And it's a big deal here... easily as important a holiday as Christmas or New Year's.
Down here at the farm, all the dozens of workers have the holiday off, and I tended to the chores myself this morning.

I am hearing all sorts of craziness, today. Realize that we are still in an excellent time frame and perhaps we are waiting for the forex to do it's thing. Remember that the time line brings up to 9/22-a completion and a 5 month anniversary of the RV. The eve of 9/22 is the start of Yom Kippur, a day of Atonement. The Pope is meeting privately with President Obama.
All this week is the start of the 50th Jubilee the year is 5776. This week is also the start of the 70th year of the United Nation. The Pope will be addressing the General Assembly where the President's of all nations will be present. There are several side meetings going on with leaders to leaders. A very exciting time.
Now you ask are we waiting for the Pope to speak and if so what will he say? His speeches have been guarded and it is only a guess.
Next is the Super blood moon. Are we waiting for the prophecy related to the lunar eclipse, or the alignments of the planets or the destruction or the coming of the Messiah?
I am not going to get into the religious prophecy since I am no expert regarding these beliefs BUT what would you say to this,that from a personal observation so far things that should have,could have happened have not happened or have been tempered.

News out of Iraq... we have a report that Iraq passed the Anti-Terrorist Law and the Finance Responsibility Law... passed that, and that wiped out a whole fistful of laws Maliki had on the the books that allowed him and his cronies to steal big-time from the government.
The International Investment Law was tabled until next Monday, the 21st.
Whether they take the vote or bump it out a few days, no one knows, but what makes this law significant is the law has no teeth if we don't have an RV, or a raise in value so that it is at least on par with the U.S. dollar where it's got some worth to it.
If they don't make the dinar at least on par to the U.S. dollar than this Investment Law really makes no sense. If they pass that law you can expect to see an RV.
