No revolution or replacement of the existing system will change this historical fact. There will always be those who acquire more than others.
There will always be a new 1% which replaces the previous 1% for the simple reason that human nature has not changed, and this change seldom happens in visible and sudden adjustments, except in revolutions. But no revolution has ever managed to change human nature.
We know this because humans are still struggling with the same moral challenges today that we were thousands of years ago.
America, or any other country and region, cannot exist separate from the larger macro system. Globalization, which is an emotionally loaded word with all sorts of negative predetermined connotations, represents mans natural instinct to always consolidate resources and systems, from person to person, tribe to tribe, country to country.

AFTER CALLER 919 ASKED TONY HOW WOULD THE BANK KNOW WHO SHE WAS, BECAUSE SHE HAD ONLY PURCHASED CURRENCIES FROM STERLING?
HE STATED THEY WOULDN'T, SO I DECIDED TO TAKE MATTERS IN MY OWN HAND.
I CALLED THE NEAREST WF BRANCH, TEIR 1 BANK, AND SPOKE WITH THEIR WM.
I TOLD HIM THAT I KNEW THEY WEREN'T DOING CURRENCE EXCHANGE NOW, BUT
I KNEW IN THE NEAR FURTURE THERE WOULD BE A REVALUTION OF CURRENCIES
AND THAT I WOULD LOVE TO BE ON THE LIST,

My Comments - this is just not about the laws stated in this article but is about ALL the laws in the agreed to laws from the reconciliation process. You must have peace within the citizens of your own country.
This is key to fighting a common enemy. This is why the USA is so powerful - because they can allocate funds and soldiers are willing to train hard and fight hard.
This too is why Iraq can not muster a trained army to fight ISIS. They simply do not believe in the cause since they have been lied to so many times and see the corruption everywhere.

This week's information from Iraq was awesome. So much news I could talk for hours...lol.. Those of you that personally know me, this is an understatement....lol...
Too much info to place it all in this news letter today but I will try to summarize and begin to form the picture of the puzzle we have been trying to figure out now for the last 6 months about this RV saga.
Yes - we are moving closer and closer to a June timeframe with much optimism. As each week passes, then yet another week, it is eroding any confidence in those telling us it is going to happen every day / any day and that all is set to RV. Are you discouraged? They say this RV will never be delayed until June. Really?

Central Bank: The rise of the dollar because of customs duties and income tax
The governor of the CBI claims that at least some of the reason for the rise in the USD against the IQD has been due to the collection of customs duties (5%) and the collection of income tax (3%) on traders who are buying the dollar....so the street prices go up to ensure the traders reap their expected profit.
