This is very much like a jog-a-thon except instead of running laps, we make caps, blankets or PICC Covers.
Purpose: To garner donations which are vital to help us survive as a non-profit charity and the ONLY fundraiser we do as a group.
How it works: The Knit & Knot-a-Thon will be held for one month. April 25th to May 25th, 2015.
Each Knots of Love member is kindly asked to obtain sponsors (not mandatory) for each cap, NICU blanket or PICC cover they knit or knot for the one month period of time.
Sponsors will pledge a dollar amount for every cap you make during the 4 week period, or donors can simply give a one-time gift.
Please send in your Caps, NICU Blankets or PICC Bandage Covers as you make them. Keep track of your own cap count during the Knit & Knot-a-Thon. Print your Knit & Knot-a-Thon sponsor form HERE!
